Weekend Party Rentals
The Town Maintenance Department clears the Rec for parties. If the Governor, County Executive, or Town Supervisor announces a “State of Emergency”, the rental is cancelled and a credit is offered for another date.
Programs
If school is in session and Arlington cancels school, then Rec Programs are also cancelled.
An alert will be placed on the Rec Department website: www.beekmanrec.com. An email will go out to all registrants that have an email address recorded on their Rec Dep’t. Account. In addition, a text blast will go out to any registrant that has registered for text alerts.
