This workshop will offer valuable insight fo rindividuals who are pre-diabetic, diagnosed diabetic or are proactive in prevention.
What will I learn?
Learn about foods that naturally stimulate GLP-1 production, and the relationship between diabetes, hormones, stress and anxiety. Attendees will also learn practical stress management techniques including breathing exercises, yoga postures and yoga nidra for deep relaxation. You’ll learn yoga poses specifically designed to support vital organs that will enhance digestion, nutrient absorption and elimination of toxins.
