Senior Travel Program

• Resident Senior in person registration begins on the specified date at the Beekman Community Center between the hours of 10 am and 1:30 pm
• Non-resident registration begins at noon on the first day of Sign-up
• Non-senior registration begins at 10am in the Community Center on the last date of Sign-up

• To register, an individual must have a Senior Form Forms are available online, in the Rec Office, or in the Senior Center.
• All reservations must be accompanied by full payment, no exceptions. Checks are payable to: Town of Beekman.
• No phone registrations will be accepted.
• In the event the trip does not fill up on the initial day of sign up, the list will be kept in the Recreation Office, where Seniors can go during business hours of 9am - 4pm.
• Any cancellations must be made through Rec office Staff. There are no refunds, unless the spot can be filled.
• Bus seating is based on the order registrations are taken, exceptions made for people with disabilities.
• Registrants must also complete a Trip Emergency Contact form when registering. (Separate from form listed above)

• All times are estimates at the time of publication
• Actual times will be provided to those registering for each trip at the time of registration

*To be eligible for Town of Beekman resident discounts for programs, proof of residency is checked annually for all participants, including those who have previously been enrolled. We will check the tax rolls but depending on the outcome, you may be asked to provide:
1. Bills to your address, AND
2. Proof of identity in the form of a Government Issued Photo ID
