Adult Soul Flow Yoga class Are Monday or Thursday from 6:15pm-7:15pm at The Beekman Rec Community Center.  Class is open to Beekman residents, must preregister.   Please see class below for specific dates



In this class, we will vinyasa a bit in slow, easy flowing movements on the breath such as sun salutations with standing poses in between, followed by sweet seated stretches and a blissful yoga nidra.
